Refund Policy and cancelation policy

Payments: When booking a hunt or fishing charter, a deposit is reguired. The deposit is 50% Non-

Refundable. The remaining balance or payment arrangements are due no less than 30 days before your fishing charter or guided hunt. Failure to pay or make payment arrangements will result in cancelation of the fishing charter or guided hunt. Any fishing charters or guided hunts booked within 30 days must be paid in full.

Cancellations: Anyone canceling a fishing charter or guided hunt 31 days prior to the scheduled fishing

charter or guided hunt will receive a refund minus the 50% Non-Refundable Deposit. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the scheduled fishing charter or guided hunt.
