John Lane - Owner
John, pictured here with his son Rowan and Ace, (waterfowl dog) is Owner of Fins to Feathers Outfitters. Hunting and Fishing have always been a passion for John. He started hunting at a very young age and later became a waterfowl guide. As time went on, John's vision was to become an Outfitter and share his passion for the outdoors with others. John also wanted to create an outfitter that offered a little bit of everything, so no matter your passion, there is something for you.
Larry Betz - Director of Sales & Marketing, Director of Upland Game
Larry is Fins to Feathers' Director of Sales and Marketing. Larry's passion is for upland game, waterfowl and whitetail deer. Larry is an Illinois Department of Natural Resource Hunter Safety Instructor and belongs to International Hunter Education Association U.S.A. Larry has served as both Board Member and Volunteer on Not-For-Profit Organizations.
Dalton Waggoner - Director of Midwest Waterfowl
Dalton is Fins to Feathers Director of Midwest Waterfowl. Dalton overseas all waterfowl hunting in Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas and Texas. Dalton has a passion for guiding, if you are new to waterfowl hunting or an experienced waterfowl hunter, you will certainly have a memorable hunt with Dalton. In the off season, you can find Dalton Turkey Guiding in Grand Rivers Kentucky.
Josh Lovett
Josh is a Fins to Feathers turkey, waterfowl, coon and upland game Guide. Josh is a true outdoorsman, with over 22 years of experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and is considered one of our premier turkey guides. His passion for hunting and guiding is additive and will surely elevate your hunting experience with Fins to Feathers.
Michael Elliott
Michael is a Fins to Feathers Waterfowl, bow-fishing and turkey Guide. Michael started hunting and chasing waterfowl at the young age of 13. He has over 22 years of hunting experience and has been professionally guiding for the last three years. Growing up in Western Kentucky, he is familiar with the area and all the sweet spots to hunt.
