- Hunters may use electronic calls.
- Hunters may use unplugged shotguns.
- Hunters must have a valid hunting license from any state (excludes youths 15 and younger).
- No Federal Duck Stamp, State Duck Stamp, or HIP registration is required.
- Shooting hours are from 30 minutes before sunrise until 30 minutes
