Refunds:  

Any hunt package can be refunded at any time.   Refund to the original form of payment will be made as long as the hunt package or fishing charter was not booked.  Once booked it is considered a Cancelation. If you paid via check, a check will be mailed back for the entire amount. If you paid by credit card, a 3% credit card fee will be deducted from the original purchase price. 

Cancellations:  

Fins to Feathers has a two-prong cancelation policy. This policy takes into consideration booked lodging and scheduled Guides.

If a party needs to cancel a fishing charter or guided hunt more than 72 hours before their arrival date and time, the party will be given three options. Rebook the trip for a later date, receive an Outfitter Credit for the entire amount, or receive a refund to the original form of payment used at the time of booking. If a Refund is requested, a $25 Booking Service Fee will be deducted and if a credit card was used as a form of payment, an additional 3% will also be deducted. 

If the cancelation is less than 48 hours, one night lodging, a one day Guide fee per person in accordance to the package that was purchased and a $25 Booking Service Fee will be charged.  The remaining  balance will be refunded to the original form of payment or if you would like, an Outfitter Credit  will be issued for a future fishing charter or guided hunt with Fins to Feathers.
